These <br />regulations provide that anyone proposing construction or <br />alterations which would exceed 300 feet in height above tno <br />ground level at the site shall notify the Commissioner of <br />the Minnesota Department of Transportation at least 30 days <br />in advance as required by Aeronautics Rule 14 MCAR 1.3009, <br />Subdivision C; and shall present a certified copy of such <br />notification to tho city at least ten (10) days before any <br />building pex*mit is issued. <br />Transportation Po 1 icior. <br />1.
