This property also has <br />several zoning districts with the northern portion RR-1A and the southern portion split between <br />RR-1B and LR-1A. The applicant is requesting a preliminary plat to create three buildable lots <br />from the two current lots. The proposal is to split 4375 Bayside Road at the roadway and adjust the <br />shared property line with 4246 Bayside Road to the east. The three lots will be conforming to the <br />existing zoning districts standards. There are no immediate plans to construct on the newly created <br />parcels.
