The 120- <br />Day timeline for review expires on October 2, 2024 <br />3.Background: <br />The applicant is the owner of two properties, 4375 Bayside Road and 4246 Bayside Road. 4375 <br />Bayside Road is currently improved with a single-family home, whereas 4246 Bayside Road is <br />vacant. 4375 Bayside Road is 34.14 acres and is bisected by Bayside Road. This property also has <br />several zoning districts with the northern portion RR-1A and the southern portion split between <br />RR-1B and LR-1A. The applicant is requesting a preliminary plat to create three buildable lots <br />from the two current lots. The proposal is to split 4375 Bayside Road at the roadway and adjust the <br />shared property line with 4246 Bayside Road to the east. The three lots will be conforming to the <br />existing zoning districts standards.
