The application is planned for a public hearing for Preliminary Plat Review at the <br />June 17th Planning Commission meeting (tentatively slated for preliminary plat review by the City Council <br />on July 8th). <br /> <br />The project is located in Orono’s RR-1B, Rural Residential zoning district which requires a minimum of 2.0 <br />acres and 200-feet of frontage. The project is located within the Shoreland Overlay and Stormwater <br />Quality Overlay Districts, it abuts Lake Classen and contains several wetlands. <br /> <br />336
