Applicant further proposes to extend <br />the deck adjacent to the house, to surround the greenhouse. <br />This deck will be approximately 9' above grade plus a 3* <br />railing above that, and is proposed to be located <br />approximately 22* from the side lot line where a 30' setback <br />would normally be required. <br />,■
