Lutz indicated that including such a <br />g^^if^Qinent in a document that will be filed with his chain of <br />title could have an impact on his ability to sell his home. <br />Callahan agreed that such may be the case, but that the City <br />wants future owners of the property to be aware of the <br />Improbability of the Planning Commission recommending approval of <br />a Variance involving the south yard. <br />Jabbour added that any future owners of the Lutz property <br />could be made aware of this condition by simply reading the <br />from this meeting andf the Planning Commission meeting, <br />which are public information.
