CounciImembers J. Diann <br />Goetten, Edward Callahan, Gabriel Jabbour and Mary Butler. The <br />following represented the City Staff: City Administrator Mark <br />Bernhardson, Building and Zoning Administrator Jeanne Mabusth, <br />Public Works Director John Gerhardson, Assistant Planning and <br />Zoning Administrator Michael Gaffron, City Attorney Thomas <br />City Engineer Glenn Cook, and City Recorder Laurie <br />Scheffler. <br />(#1*)C0II8BHT AGENDA <br />Callahan requested that <br />Agenda. <br />item #16 be added to the Consent <br />Butler asked that item #2 be removed from the Consent <br />Agenda. <br />Mayor Peterson requested th^.t it'i.. #10 be added to the <br />Consent Agenda. <br />It was moved by ButJ.er, seconded by Goetten, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda, with the exception of item #2, wnich was removed <br />and discussed in the sequence shown on the Agenda, and with the <br />addition of item ilO and #16. All voted aye. Motion passed. <br />(«2)APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Mayor <br />table the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting <br />1991. All voted aye.
