Refer to Exhibit F. The tanks are located ow the <br />western edge of the property. The tanks were filled with fuel <br />oil but were not in service at the time of Mr. Keaveny's purchase <br />of the property in 1976 and were not used since that time. Where <br />the previous service station had existed, there were five <br />underground tanks used for the storage of petroleum products. In <br />1977 the station was shut down and never reopened and in July of <br />1983 all five underground tanks and piping were removed by Widmer <br />Brothers. <br />In 1989 at the time of the removal of the two underground <br />tanks within the western portions of the building, underground <br />test borings were performed to determine if there was any <br />contamination. One of the test borings encountered contaminated <br />soil at a depth of 11' below grade beneath the southern most <br />tank. Review of the data from that preliminary investigation <br />, ■
