I.MCD Board of Directors April 24, 1991 <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, Gtrommen <br />1. The audit report will be available at the May Board <br />2 The executive director is preparing a preliminary draft <br />of the 1992 budget for initial review at the May Board meeting. <br />This is in response to the cities wanting more time to comment on <br />the proposed budget. This early review will prove helpful to <br />3 An in-house accounting program has been acquired for the <br />computer. It will result in earlier in-house financial reports. <br />^ 4. The executive director will bo making * ? <br />the Midwest Boating Association on 4/27 at the Thunderbird Motel. <br />He will discuss LMCD’s milfoil experience. The seminar also will <br />address a new federal registration fee on all watercraft which <br />would range from $25 to $200 per watercraft. <br />0. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. Mono <br />H. NEW BUSINESS <br />Carlson invited the Board to attend the Minnetrista Open <br />House on 5/5 from 2-4 p.m. to see their new City Hall. <br />Chair Cochran thanked the members of the press for their <br />presence to the end of a long meeting. <br />I.
