• i <br />------{]", .fjy ^ li introduced the following resolution and nioved its adoption: <br />Member <br />CITY OF MEDINA <br />resolution no. ^ ^ <br />WITHIN THE crrT OF MEDINA <br />WHEREAS, the Mlmiesote Department of Traiuport.tion (MnDOT) has Initiated a <br />atud, W-MhE W-ln, of TrunK Highway IT (T.H. IT) between W.yaat. and Delano, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the mirrent aUgnment of T.H. 12 extends for a short distance through <br />the touthern portion of Medina; and <br />WHEREAS, as a current corridor city. Medina has participated i. .ha policy, <br />technical and cltlxen committees esiaOlished by MnDOT to review and comment upon <br />various alternatives regarding T.H. 12} and <br />WHEREAS. MnDOT recently expanded the number of alternatives for T.H. 12 to <br />ineluda two additional northerly corridors (Northern Corridors) transverslng the City; and <br />WHEREAS, both of the Northern Corridors would have a significant Impact on <br />Medina; and <br />WKEREASp city staff, consultants and the city counci, have reviewed the Northern <br />Corridora as they relate to the City's plans for development and have carefully considered <br />the Impeet of each on the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the city council has sought and received substantial input from the <br />oltlsens of the City regarding their vie ; on the Northern Corridors. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Couwoll of the City of Medina <br />makes the following findings of fe.'rt: —---- --------------- <br />B5R. ”Y7w../4y3 <br />'“V _
