Table for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATION - Issue #1 - It is recommended that the Council <br />establish the Committee and establish a charge outlining areas <br />for its work over the next year. <br />Issue #2 - Marina Licensing - Is .s recommended that the <br />TnFo*rmation from LMCD and the results of its process be used in <br />processing 1991 Orono Marina licenses. <br />In a related note, the group of cities are still planning to meet <br />on the 29th to discuss Comprehensive Plan direction and also <br />determine what the other cities are going to do regarding <br />proceeding either jointly or separately with establishing <br />shoreland regulations with DNR. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by <br />appoints . . and <br />Seconded by the Orono Council <br />plus its LMCD representative to a <br />Lake Use Committee together with giving the committee charge as <br />outlined in Attachment D.
