Table for further discussion. <br />RECOMMENDATION - The following recommendations are made: <br />Issue #1 - Review of size and Issue #2 - Financing <br />That the Council set June 4th as a date for a workshop <br />with the Facilities Committee and Planning Commission to <br />determine size and preliminary design for both <br />facilities in order to direct the architect to begin <br />schematics together with giving preliminary directions <br />on financing. <br />Issue #2 - Public Informational Meetings - That Council <br />set June 29 and July I as public informational sessions <br />and that a public hearing be set for July 10 on <br />facilities . <br />Issue #3 - Crysta 1 Bay Site - That Council direct staff <br />to negotiate a long term lease on the Post Office and <br />have that brought back for Council approval when
