Single family lots (2-3 unless zoning altered) <br />Staff is currently having the property deeds reviewed to <br />determine what limitations, if any, exist to prohibit either of <br />those uses. <br />Council Chambers - As for the current Council Chambers the <br />CounciT may determine if there is another group who may desire to <br />take over ownership of the facility or if the City would have <br />another use for the facility. <br />Post Office - It is our understanding at the present time that <br />the longest lease the City could give the Post Office would be <br />for 5—10 years for $450.00 per month. A longterm lease could <br />assist in keeping the Post Office open here on a longer term <br />basis. Regardless of what happens to the Post Office, it should <br />be appropiately hooked to the sewer line and that would cost <br />approximately $2,650. <br />4, Communications to the community - A draft of the Mayor’s <br />Article is attached “Tor initial presentation to the community on <br />the site selection. <br />5. Public information meetings and hearings ba 1 ance of <br />facrTTties - Review of the various decisions with public <br />in format ion and heatings on an incremental basis or on a total <br />basis has always been the intent of the process.
