Applicants are advised that any portions of the grade- <br />Xevel patio proposed at the south end of the house which are <br />intended in the future to be walled or enclosed» and which <br />extend lakeward of the redefined lakeshore setback line will <br />require an average lakeshore setback variance at such future <br />time that those improvements may be proposed. <br />3. Hardcover on the property shall not exceed the hardcover <br />allowances of Zoning Code Section 10.22, namely 0% maximum <br />in the 0-75' zone, 25% in the 75-250 ’ zone, and 30% in the <br />250-500* zone. <br />4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />property not with the applicants, but are permissive only <br />and must be exercised by application for a building permit <br />within one year of the date of Council approval, or this <br />variance will expire on that date (May 13, 1992). <br />5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this variance shall constitute a violation of <br />the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br />granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />6.
