Please refer to the attached memo for alternatives, <br />recommendations and proposed motion. <br />It was suggested following the last meeting the City should <br />currently focus on a handbook to send out with our billings and <br />hand out a voter registration and at time of homestead <br />application making sure it is on recycled paper.
