A RBSOLDTlOa GRANTIliG <br />AM AFTBR-TBB-PACT <br />COHDITIOMAL USB PDMIT <br />PBR mmXCIPAL lOMIHG CODE <br />SECTION 10.03, SOBDIYISIOHS 19 ft 21 <br />PILE #1623 <br />NEEREAS, Keenan Richardson, (hereinafter "the <br />applicant”) is the owner of the property located at 2500 <br />Weodhaven Drive within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and <br />legally described as follows: <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Leverings Woodhaven, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota (hereinafter "property"); and <br />NBEEEA8, the applicant has applied to the City of Orono <br />for an after-the-fact conditional use permit to permit the <br />filling and grading of approximately 500 cubic yards, requiring a <br />conditional use permit per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.03, <br />SuMivision 19 through 21. <br />MOW, TBBRBPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Orono, Minnesota: <br />PINDIMGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1623. <br />2. The property is located in the RR-IB Rural Residential <br />Zoning District. <br />3. In the Pall of 1990, the applicant placed approximately <br />500 cubic yards of fill in his front yard. The City <br />Inspector advised applicant of the need for a conditional <br />use permit and land alteration permit for the fill. <br />Applicant stopped work on the project immediately and made <br />the appropriate application. <br />4. On March 18/20, 1991, the Orono Planning Commission <br />reviewed the application and recommended approval finding <br />that the proposed filling will have no negative Impact on <br />neighboring properties, entails placement of approximately <br />500 cubic yards of fill up to 2.5* deep in a lOO'xlOO* area <br />of the front yard, and will help to eliminate an occasional <br />ponding near his neighbors' sewage treatment mound.
