The Planning Commission felt it <br />appropriate that an agreement be executed by the applicant <br />acknowledging the limits of the ordinance and agreeing to submit <br />an annual log of the users of the conference center in addition <br />to the other conditions set forth by staff above. <br />The church use is allowed with a conditional use permit <br />under the existing zoning. The Planning Commission also asked <br />that the church be responsible for submitting an annual log of <br />all users and that applicant legally combine all parcels. <br />The Planning Commission unanimously approved the conditional <br />use permit for the church use as proposed and based upon the <br />opinion of the City Attorney approving the use of the center by <br />i-profit organizations.
