MN 55359 <br />NOV 2 3 two <br />MCWD Permits <br />Dear Ms, Morlehan: <br />This letter is in response to your rcccni inquiry as to the need for a Minnchidia <br />Creek Wulershed District (MCWD) permit for your property in the City of Orono. <br />As you described, your property is being rcpialtcd and will result in tlircc separate <br />lots. Normally, under MCWD nilcs, this would require you to provide <br />stormwater management treatment for the three U>t.s. I lowevcr, based on yt>ur <br />explanation that no u>nstruction of new homes is planned for the near future, your <br />description of site constraints, and the City of Orono minimum lot si/e <br />requirements which prevents future subdivision of these lots, this proposal <br />qualifies for the single family residence exemption. Therefore, no pennil will be <br />required from the MCWD at this lime. Proposed changes lo these rules may <br />affect future development at these loealions.
