WHEREAS, the applicants have agreed to remove said building from Lot 17 within <br />2 years of the date of this Resolution. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota approves the legal combination of said Lots 17 and 18 subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.Applicants shall remove the plumbing from the structure at 373 Westlake Street. <br />2. <br />3. <br />5. <br />6. <br />City staff is directed to approve the legal combination of Lots 17 and 18 when requested by <br />Hennepin County to approve said combination, but only upon confirmation that the plumbing <br />in the structure at 373 Westlake Street has been removed. <br />The Council approves the continued location of the existing structure at 373 Westlake as an <br />existing i on-conforming accessory building, under the condition that the applicants remove <br />said building from the premises no later than 2 (two) years from the date of this Resolution. <br />4.Authoritie.s granted by this resolution run with the property, and are permissive only to the <br />extent indicated herein. <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution shall <br />constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms of th?.3 <br />resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, hereby agree to <br />the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Page 2 of 4
