Council also voted 4-0 to table the request for a refund of the assessment paid off <br />for 373 Westlake by Fiedler in 1998, so that the full Council would be present to take action on the <br />request. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />1.Staff recommends that Council adopt the attached resolution with conditions regarding the <br />lot combination approval. <br />2.Staff recommends denial of the assessment refund as noted in the staff memo of October 22. <br />No resolution is necessary for such denial. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the lot combination resolution and take final action on the assessment refund request.
