A RESOLUTION TO DECLARE THAT THE <br />PART-TIME POSITION HELD BY <br />ANTHONY A. WITTKE <br />IS THAT OF A POLICE OFFICER <br />WHEREAS, that Public Employees Retirement Association Police and Fire Fund excludes <br />part-time police officers unless a resolution is adopted by the governing body to establish eligibility <br />for coverage in the Police and Fire Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota that effective November 10, 1998, the position Anthony A. Wittke <br />holds is that of a police officer as defined in Minnesota Statutes. Section 353.64. Subdivision 2. <br />pursuant to which said employee shall become a member of the Public Employees Retirement <br />Association Police and Fire Fund. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held <br />November 9, 1998. <br />ATTEST:Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />Linda S.
