Gaffron. <br />We live at 2509 Kelly Avenue v/hich has lakeshote on the lagoon and abuts the <br />2505/2507 Kelly properly which currently has an out lot for the neighbors to the north <br />to havo docks on that property. Wo strongly endorse the proposal to have the city of <br />Orono grant a license to the property owners of the Kelly Cove Homeowners to allow <br />the erection of docks on their property(2497-2503 Kelly Avenue). <br />This dock license will facilitate the improvement of the 2505/2507 Kelly property which <br />will enhance the residential life of our neighborhood. <br />Sincerely. <br />CT_jro <br />Charles E.
