Mr. John <br />Kupfer (an Association member) will however be present representing the Association. <br />I would like to draw your attention to the following points: <br />1. The present license to the six member Navarre Cove Homeowner ’s Association is for <br />six slips on docks of 44' in length; the application is for docks of 32' in length. <br />2. I believe the application is asking for no more than what it is entitled to under zoning <br />law and riparian rights, as indicated in the Staff Recommendation dated June 17, 1998. <br />3. In the Staffs discussion (June 17, 1998) of the application they comment that no boat <br />traffic problems are anticipated. <br />If this application is approved then the benefits to the immediate neighborhood are: <br />a) Oulot A of Navarre Cove would go away as will the current docks, and be replaced <br />by newer and more acceptable construction. <br />b) The owner of the adjoining lot, Mr. Brad.
