Summary of City Approval Documents Affecting Kelly Cove/Navarre Cove Docks <br />Council minutes 10-11-77; Original CUP granted for duplex use (no resolution adopted); <br />defers any conclusions regarding dock rights to the joint use dock licensing process. <br />Resolution No. 892: The initial joint use dock license issued 3-30-78. <br />Acknowledges 10-11-77 CUP for 3 duplex buildings (6 units) <br />-Notes 400 l.f. of shoreline <br />-Limits site to six boats moored on property, on 3 docks each 5'6" wide x 25' deep. <br />-Installing more than one dock will be subject to annual Joint Use Dock License <br />Approval subject to other agencies' approval, including LMCD and DNR <br />License does not vest any permanent rights for multiple dockage or moorage <br />Resolution No. 1058: Approving plat of NdVi-rre Cove, adopted 8-14-79. <br />-Acknowledges dedication of wetland easement <br />Acknowledges platting of joint use dock area Outlot A which is to be owned and <br />maintained by homeowners association of Lots 1-2-3.
