Fax 473-0510 <br />NOTICE <br />PUBLIC HEARING ON KELLY COVE JOINT USE DOCK <br />The Orono City Council will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway <br />on Monday, November 9,1998 on the matter of a revised joint use dock license application by the <br />Kelly Cove Homeovsners Association to allow construction of a new 4-slip joint use dock extending <br />from Outlot A, Kelly Cove. The properties to be served by said dock include 2497-2499-2501-2503 <br />Kelly Avenue. This is a revised application, which responds to a number of concerns the City <br />Council expressed during their review at the July 27 public hearing. <br />The meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. All persons wishing to be heard will appear at this time.
