Gaffron <br />Administrator Reviewed:Agenda Section: <br />Zoning <br />Title Senior Planning Coordinator <br />Item Description: Navarre Cove / Kelly Cove Joint Use Docks - Proposed Relocation <br />Zoning District: LR-IB <br />Summary of Proposal: Tlie Kelly Cove Homeouner's Association ("KCHA") which is comprised <br />of the northerly 4 units of the 6-mcmber Navarre Cove Homeowner's Association, proposes to locate <br />a new 4-slip joint use dock to a location extending from Ouilot A, Kelly Cove. They would abandon <br />their use of the existing 6-slip dock system extending from Outlet A, Navarre Cove, which is <br />surrounded by Lot 3, Navarre Cove. The owner of Lot 3, Brad Hoyt, has now agreed in concept to <br />limit Lot 3's dock usage to 2 slips, as w'as suggested by Council in its July 27 denial of the request. <br />The Kelly Cove Homeowners have asked that their request be re-opened in light of the September <br />21 letter from Mr. Hoyt's attorney, Rick Sheridan. Austin Evans has provided a revised dock <br />location and configuration plan.
