Plumbing In Accessory Structures <br />September 24,1998 <br />Page 2 <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing on this proposed amendment on July 20, 1998 <br />pursuant to published and posted public notice. The July 20 review resulted in a continuation to a <br />work session held August 14, 1998. The August 14 review resulted in direction to staff to make <br />specific changes to wording. The final Planning Commission review was held on September 21, <br />1998, which resulted in a 6-0 vote to recommmend approval of the proposed ordinance with certain <br />additional language * cvisions which have been incorporated into Ejdiibit A. The history of Planning <br />Commission revisic*. to the original draft ordinance is illustrated in Exhibit B. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends adoption of the attached ordinance per the Planning Commission <br />recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt or amend the attached ordinance.
