There is apparently a clear difference of
opinion between Pugh and Often as to the extent of additional fencing and/or vegetation that should
be installed.
Council's approval action left this matter to be resolved by a joint effort of Often, Pugh and staff.
Staff is recommending (and has included in the Amendment language as item 5) a requirement that
Often post a letter of credit to ensure that whatever is agreed to is completed. There is no 'plan at
this time, however, and staff has not met with Pugh or Often individually or together. Oft^
applied for a building permit, and would like to start construction as soon as the Building Official
has completed his plan review. The letter of credit seems to be the most prudent method to get the
greenhouse started while assuring that screening/buffering will proceed as well. The amount of e
letter of credit has not been established, however, because there is no new approved plan.
Staff Recommendation
Adopt or direct staff to revise the attached Amendment Number 1 To Planilgd Unit PgVglPpmg Pt
No- 1 Agreement for East Willow Woods.
