A resolution authorizing the <br />City to enter into a cooperative agreement with Mn/DOT needs to be attached to the cooperative <br />agreement. A re.solution is attached for Council adoption. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt a resolution authorizing the City to enter into a cooperative agreement with <br />Mn/DOT through which Mn/DOT will fund a noise and vibration study related to the Highway 12 <br />upgrade project, and authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator to sign the agreement.
