i <br />Date:September 29,1998 <br />To:Ron Moorse, City Administrator <br />From: Gary Cheswick, Chief of Police, <br />Subject: Parking Lot Lighting <br />As we had discussed previously, the lowest proposal submitted came from Frontier <br />Electric Company of Excelsior. <br />The written estimate provided by the owner specified a cost of $5,995.00 for three <br />(3) light poles with twin 250 Watt HPS flood fixtures on time clock control, based <br />on existing PVC conduit to each pole location. (This had previously been verified.) <br />If additional conduit needs to be installed, a cost of $3 per foot will be charged. No <br />additional costs are foreseen.
