This has involved <br />the adoption of a set of housing goals and the development of a housing action plan. The <br />Metropolitan Council has requested that the City update its housing goals as part of the City's overall <br />update of its Comprehensive Plan. <br />A new resolution is needed each year to continue the City's participation in the Metropolitan Livable <br />Communities Act program. A resolution is attached for Council adoption. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt a resolution renewing the City's participation in the Metropolitan Livable <br />Communities Act Local Housing Incentive Piogram for calendar year 1999.
