I ' <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />FERNDALE ROAD NORTH <br />SJLP. 152-110-01 from Trunk Highway No. 12 to County State Aid Highway No. 6 in the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota. <br />THIS RESOLUTION, passed this 12th day of October, 1998, by the City of Orono m <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the ' City , <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the "City" has planned the improvement of Femdale Road North (MSAS 1 10) <br />from Trunk Highway No. 12 to County State Aid Highway No. 6. <br />WHEREAS, the "City", will be expecting Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement <br />of this Street, and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on Iwth sides <br />of the street; and approval of the proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street project must <br />therefore be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED, that the "City", shall ban the <br />parking of motor vehicles on Femdale Road North (MS AS 110) at all times. <br />1998. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held October 12, <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
