C. The date or event that will terminate the use can be identified with <br />certainty. <br />D. Permission of the use will not impose additional costs on the public if it <br />is necessary for the public to take the property in the future. <br />E. The user agrees to any conditions that the City Council deems appropriate for <br />permission of the use. <br />F.Permission of the use will not result in adverse effects on the public health, <br />safety and welfare. <br />Subd. 4. Interim Uses: Limitation on Applicability. This ordinance shall <br />apply only to properties that meet all of the following criteria: <br />A. The property contains an existing building in which the interim use will occur; <br />and <br />B. The existing building and the property will be acquired for future Highway <br />12right-ofw. -and <br />C. The Council determines that no other use for the property would be financially <br />feasible. <br />Subd. 5. Interim Uses: Termination. An interim use shall terminate on the <br />happening of any of the following events, whichever occurs first: <br />A. The date stated in the permit. <br />B. Upon violation of the conditions under which the permit was issued. <br />C. The redevelopment of the use and property upon which it is located to a <br />pemutted or conditional use as allowed within the respective zoning district. <br />Section 3.
