Kluth - Conditional Use Permit <br />This memo is a review of the septic system capacity at 2801 Fox St. due the applicant's proposed <br />accessory structure. <br />The City and State regulations determine the septic system sizing for residential uses based solely on <br />the number of bedrooms. Additional bathroom or plumbing fixtures do not require additional septic <br />tank or drainfield capacity unless the fixtures can be expected to cause unusually high flows. The <br />existing on-site system serving the residence is designed for a four bedroom dwelling. As long as the <br />residence still has only four bedrooms, no alteration of the septic system is required at this time.
