No more than two residences may be served by a driveway located <br />within an access outlot. <br />m <br />fslof ^ 5.No access outlot may be platted abutting an adjacent access outlot <br />except when the intent is to combine the two access outlets for <br />creation of a public or private road meeting City standards. <br />D. Screening requirements. <br />1.Driveways constructed in access oudots shall be adequately <br />screened by fencing or vegetarion at the discrecion of the City, at <br />all points to the rear of the required street yard of the front lot, so <br />as to eliminate intrusion of vehicle headlights into the side or rear <br />yard of adjacent lots. <br />Sfsm
