D. Screening requirements. 1.Driveways constructed in access oudots shall be adequately screened by fencing or vegetarion at the discrecion of the City, at all points to the rear of the required street yard of the front lot, so as to eliminate intrusion of vehicle headlights into the side or rear yard of adjacent lots.
