City of OROrVO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 1977 <br />Subdivision 3 (C) to permit the construction of a shelter building and per <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 19 to permit certain excavation, fill and <br />grading projects, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The following excavation, grading, and filling projects are <br />hereby approved subject to the applicant obtaining a grading <br />perm.it once each year for projects to be completed in that year; <br />a) Extension of tee #4, approximately 30 cubic yards of fill. <br />b) Construction of low mounds on left side of fairway #11, <br />filling of approximately 75 cubic yards. <br />c) Pill in the existing bunker on hole #13, approximately 20 <br />cubic yards of fill. <br />d) Pond on fairway #5, 350 cubic yards excavation. <br />e) Rebuild bunkers at rear of hole #8, approximately 1000 cubic <br />yards of fill. <br />f) Extension of the tee #17, filling of approximately 370 cubic <br />yards. <br />2. Proper plans must be submitted to the building department for <br />review and a building permit for the shelter building must be <br />obtained prior to commencement of construction. <br />3. All filled, graded or excavated areas shall be protected from <br />causing sediment erosion into adjacent waterways by methods <br />deemed appropriate by the City Inspector until such time that the <br />areas in question are revegetated. <br />4. The applicant shall notify the City 24 hours in advance of <br />commencement of any of the projects so that the City Inspector <br />can be present on the site as neceessary. <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br />Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any authority grantee <br />herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />6. The undersigned owner has read, understood and hereby agrees tc <br />the terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, his heirs, <br />successors and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this <br />resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />5.
