City of OROIXO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. ^1977 <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />b) Construction of low mounds on left side of fairway #11, <br />averaging 3-5' in height^ filling of approximately 75 cubic <br />yards. <br />Pill in the existing bunker on hole #13, approximately 20 <br />cubic yards of fill. <br />d) Pond on fairway #5, 25'x75*x5* deep# 350 cubic yards <br />excavation. <br />e)Rebuild bunkers at rear of hole §8, approximately 1000 cubic <br />yards of fill, all on high ground. <br />Extension of the tee #17, filling of approximately 370 cubic <br />yards, all on high ground. <br />Construction of a shelter building, 12'7"xl5'7 “, one story <br />in height, located southeast of tee #12, located <br />approximately 90' from the nearest property line, and <br />requiring no variances to the zoning code. <br />The proposed projects are located in the upper reaches <br />of the watershed; runoff from this area travels though a series <br />of swales, ditches, and wetlands before reaching Lake Minnetonke <br />an approximate distance of 1 mile away; the proposed projects <br />are insignificant within the overall watershed and will have nc <br />significant effect on the quality or quantity of runoff watei <br />entering Lake Minnetonka. <br />The City Council has considered the application including the <br />findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission, reports <br />by staff and comments of the applicant and the effect of the <br />proposed use on the health, safety and welfare of the community. <br />The City Council finds that granting a Conditional Use Permit tc <br />allow the proposed excavation and construction projects will not <br />be detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of thf <br />public, would not adversely affect light, air nor pose a fir« <br />hazard or other danger to neighboring properties, nor will it <br />depreciate surrounding property values and that the propose< <br />level of use of the property will be in keeping with the inten' <br />and objectives of the Zoning Code and Comprehensive Plan of th« <br />City. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />Based upon the above findings, the Oiono City Council hereb <br />grants a Conditional Use Permit per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.2C <br />L <br />Page 2 of 4
