r <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br />SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT <br />FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT <br />4196 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br />FILE NO. 2350 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing <br />under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />'yf^EREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono (hereinafter "City Council") has <br />adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a Class I subdivision <br />ot a lot line rearrangement by Kevin and Lisa Olsen and James and June Touve (hereinafter "the <br />applicants") involving properties legally described as follows: <br />Lots 55, 56, 57,58, 59, 60 and 61, Highwood, Lake Minnetonka, <br />all in Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />(hereinafter "the property"); and <br />uj- • • ''^EI^AS, the applicants have completed all requirements of the City for a Class <br />subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for division and combination purposes, in order to divide <br />Lot 57 from the tax parcel (PINS #07-117-23 44 0047) currently including Lots 55-56-57 and <br />subsequently combine Lot 57 with Lots 58 thru 61; and <br />. WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed division/combination is <br />intended to rectify a past combination that was not intended by the prior owners, that cannot be <br />substantially documented as to the date of initial combination, and which does not reflect the current <br />ownership of thv r>ro,-dy. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the Class I subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for the applicants as <br />shown on the Certificate of Survey by James Kyro dated March 15, 1988 and attached to this <br />Page 1 of 3
