Council noted that this approval does constitute any representation by <br />the City that the combination of 57-61 is a buildable site; the approval is merely intended to rectify <br />a past combination that was not intended by the prior owners, that cannot be substantially <br />documented as to the actions which resulted in the original combination, and that does not reflect <br />the current ownership of the property. <br />A resolution for approval reflecting the above is attached for council adoption. <br />Council Action Requested <br />Adopt or amend the attached resolution. <br />Proposed motion: Moved by__seconded by___, to adopt Resolution No.__granting approval <br />of a Class I subdivision of a lot line rearrangement for properties located at 4196 North Shore Drive. <br />Vote:__ayes,__nays.
