Owners of these properties were sent <br />notice that connection was required before the <br />SETTER HOOKUP REPORT* <br />August 1, 1979 deadline. <br />\ <br />A number of these/homeowners are trying in good <br />faith to complete'the hookup and have run into \ <br />financial or technical problems. These situations <br />will be handled/by staff. ' I recommend that the <br />remaining 10 o/ 12 be sent a letter from the City \ <br />Attorney stating that legal action is jjending and s <br />will be commenced if steps are not taken immediately <br />to complete connection.(Continued)
