#2388 - Vacation of Portland Place <br />August 7,1998 <br />Page 2 <br />2. <br />3. <br />Moe and Udell shall grant the necessary utility (sewer and storm sewer) easements <br />to the City over the portions of Portland Place to be vacated, unless the City Attorney <br />confirms that such easements can be reserved within the vacation resolution. <br />Similar utility easements to be granted if any of the utility companies confirm <br />the need for easements. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the proposed vacation per the Planning Commission recommendation. <br />A resolution approving the vacation is attached for adoption by the Council. <br />Proposed motion : Moved by ___, seconded by ___, to adopt Resolution No.__ vacating the <br />portion of Portland Place as described in said Resolution per the conditions appearing within said <br />Resolution.
