Final Approval. <br />Final approval shall not be granted until all conditions set by the Council are met; and, <br />further the Council shall not approve any such Planned Residential Development prior to <br />the legally binding establishment of the open space dedication, ownership and maintenance <br />provisions, such provisions to be guaranteed by bonding or other means satisfactory to the <br />Council. <br />Subd. 9. Subdivision Requirements. <br />All provisions of subdivision procedure established by the City Code except as modified <br />herein above, shall govern applications under this plan. <br />Section 10.60. Performance Standards <br />Subd. 2.
