1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />ATTEST: <br />The pool house will be a non-rental guest house for use by the residents and guests <br />of the principal structure. <br />The structure will have plumbing and heating. <br />The two lots, Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Block 1, McCulley Farm, will be combined into <br />one parcel. <br />Authorities granted by this resolution are permissive only and must be exercised <br />by application for a building permit within one year of the date of Council approval <br />or this conditional use permit will expire on that date (June 22, 1999). <br />Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this <br />resolution shall constitute a violation of the Zoning Code, shall automatically <br />terminate any autliority granted herein, and shall be pimishable as a misdemeanor. <br />The undersigned applicants have read, understood and hereby agree to the terms <br />of this resolution and on behalf of themselves, their heirs, successors and assigns, <br />hereby agree to the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 22nd day of June, 1998 <br />Linda S.
