Mr. Crear indicated he is working with an organization that will take down the <br />building and will recycle as much of the building as possible at a cost he assumes will be <br />significantly lower than using a regular contractor. He indicated he has not received a specific plan <br />or proposal fix>m the orgamzation at this time. He also indicated this organization may not be able <br />to remove the pavement from the site. Staff indicated the City could assist with this portion of the <br />project.
