Plymouth will make i i <br />payment of the Project cost on behalf of the parties. Upon presentation of an itemized <br />claim by Plymouth to Orono, Orono shall reimburse Plymouth for its share of the cost <br />incurred under this Agreement within thirty (30) days from the presentation of the claim. <br />If any portion of an itemized claim is questioned by Orono, the remainder of the cliion <br />shall be promptly paid, and accompanied by a written explanation of the amounts m <br />question. <br />7. WAIVER.
