J ! <br />I i <br />I <br />I : <br />i ■ <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ANP CALLING HEARING <br />ON EDGEWOOD HILLS SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 3992 of the Council adopted October 27, <br />1997, a report has been prepar<^d by the City Engineer in reference to the Edgewood Hills sanitary <br />sewer improvement, and this report was received by the Council on January 12,1998; and <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project <br />is necessar)', cost effective, and feasible. <br />Minnesota: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />1.The Council will consider the installation of such sanitary sewer improvement in accordance <br />with the report and the asv.‘ssment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the <br />improvement of $ 169,119. <br />2.A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of February, <br />1998 in the Council Chambers, 2750 Kelley ParKway, at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of January, 1998. <br />Gabriel Jabbour, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
