I have <br />discussed this with Mr. Bruce Vang, Field Inspector. He has discussed this situation with Mr. <br />Robert Waade, and the builder has agreed to correct this situation. My understanding is that the <br />replacement culvert that was installed by the previous owner was put in too high and needs to be <br />lowered. <br />Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
