It was the action <br />of the Board to approve this application with the following conditions: <br />• Payment of Rule J fees in the amount of $138.00. <br />• Reimbursement of mailing costs in the amount of $ 17.36 <br />Due to the size and comple.xity of certain projects, the Board, by Rule J, requires that site <br />inspections be conducted. In these cases, the applicant is required to pay to the District, a <br />fee equal to the actual costs of analysis of the project, field inspection, engineering <br />services, legal services, and any subsequent monitoring of the work. These costs are <br />referred to as Rule J fees. <br />Once the above conditions have been met staff will issue the permit.
