Council also confirmed their approval of the tree preservation easement language. <br />Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval - Applicant must provide to the City all information and/or <br />improvements required for final plat approval as noted in the preliminary plat approval resolution. <br />Preliminary plat approval expires 1 year after the date of the resolution.
