Erosion control shall be maintained over all disturbed areas until <br />natural groundcover is restored, adhering to guidelines found in 'Best Management <br />Practices for Protecting Water Quality in Urban Areas'. <br />The private road in Outlot A and required drainage and stormwater improvements <br />shall be constructed to City requirements, subject to a Developers Agreement <br />executed between the City and the developei. Road, drainage and stormwater <br />improvement construction can begin as soon as the final plans have been formally <br />approved by the City Engineer and the Developers Agreement has been executed. <br />No building permits will be issued until the private road base work and all <br />stormwater management improvements have been completed by the developer and <br />approved by the Ciiy. <br />Subdivider shall plant boulevard trees along the private road per the requirements <br />of Section 11.60, Subd. 2. <br />No building permits will be issued until a satisfactory road base and all stormwater <br />and drainage improvements have been installed per approval of the City Engineer. <br />Page 4 of 6
